Eelen Godina after all humiliations and expulsion again in the game! One of the best volleyball players of Europe and Russia, Eelen Godina suddenly disappeared two years ago. Godina: I think, many questions were accumulated in the fans of volleyball: how? what? where? why? Many different things about me walks around. I hope, with the help of "M-Sport", I can throw light on true... So, the whole year left only on leaving from Uralochka with the management toward which I had simply intolerable attitudes. These are not only the personal conflict with Nikolay Karpol, but also with the trainer, Valentina Oguienko and other people in the management of the team and the absence of point of contacts in the work. Naturally, I tried to say goodbye simply, but they didn't give me the freedom to do so... Everything was made, so that I couldn't play for other teams. Not to consider those instances and courts, I went around at that time. So, I has reached the FIVB which has allowed me to play for other club. And in the past season, I won the League of Champions in the team of the Spanish Tenerife.

Domanda: You did obtain the long-awaited freedom of which you didn't dream in Uralochka?
Godina: I was always free mentally. And I was paid for it. My freedom was not accepted, I couldn't study in institute... ...I underwent punishments and humiliations. It is heavy to recall about this... Because of the constant struggle for the rights, I experienced the highest nervous pressure. In some moment I even thought I will be broken. But I transfered: in Spain I worked with the experts who helped me to be restored psychologically.

Domanda: Why weren't you in the national team of Russia at the Olympic in Athens?
Godina: I greatly wanted to play for Russia. In any way, I tried to remind people that I exist and want to protect colors of the Russian flag. And for a long time, I had negotiated with the Russian Federation of volleyball about my appearance on the games. Learned from the bitter experience, I fought for the observance of the vested rights of players. However, the Federation played for time, in some periods its representatives even didn't leave communicating with me, and they weren't engaged in registering my participation in Games on the official documents. Finally, time had missed and my appearance in Athens proved to be impossible.

Godina: Most likely, my participation in Games wasn't simply planned...in general, it isn't difficult to guess who had made the efforts for me not to be in the national team and used the influence. Besides, I repeatedly met the extremely unpleasant statements by Nikolay Karpol concerning my person in press.

Domanda: Did the road to Dynamo prove to be a straight line?
Godina: There were offers to me from Italy, France... But when I was called from Dynamo which offered very good conditions, I certainly made the decision to return to Russia. Dynamo is the team having glorious traditions and it was very desirable for me to take feasible part in revival of such an eminent club. I have already accustomed to the new club and feel that the play is also gradually adjusted to the mutual understanding.

Godina: Oh! It was very pleasant to me (smiles). I pleasantly astonished so many fans came to support the team and they indeed used to play basically in the empty platforms. I admit that I was even worried - it wouldn't be desirable to blunder before spectators. And everything looked formed well, even flowers were presented (show enormous basket with roses).
