私の周りにいてくれる人を大事にする
好きな人には好きと惜しみなく伝えて、
たくさんのHugをする
人生の喜びや美しさを
言葉や声、身体を使って表現し
美しい自然の中に行き、
地球に生きていることの喜びを感じきる
人を愛して 愛しまくる
でも所有はしない
出会った存在の中に光を見つける
そして私はまた旅に出る

Cherish the people around me,
Express my love freely, without holding back
Share countless hugs.
