今日は気分がいいです＾＾
というのも仕事が軌道に乗ってきた感があるからです。
たはり仕事って必要なものはどんどん投資して
便利なものはどんどん使わないとダメだなって思いました。
それで結構差がついていってしまうな～っと、、
もちろんきちんとしっかりやるという心構えも重要なんですけどね。
とにかくめんどくさいもの、非効率的なものはやめて
工夫していかないとと、思いました。
このFAXってのはいろんなところで
使うわけなんだけど、超めんどくさいんですよね
なにがめんどくさいって、受けるのは自動になったけど
紙置いておかないといけない管理がめんどいです。
あと送信がもっとめんどくさくてですね、
そもそもで送信する紙を作らなきゃいけないし、
相手の番号を押して、紙つっこむとか動作多すぎなんですよね。
あとは出先では確認できないし、送れないんで
電話で送ってとか送りたいとか言われても対応できなんです。。
使い始めて正直めちゃめちゃよかったのは、
外出先でもFAXを受け取ったものを見れたり、
送ったりできることでしょうね。
送るのは別にいいんですけど、
情報が命の仕事とかなんで、正直すぐにその場で見れるってのは
すんごい仕事の質というか、結果に結び付くんですよね。
その場で確認して対応がとれるってのは強いと思います。
まあスマホも便利だけど、efaxも便利だな。

メールと同じで使いやすいのもあるんだけど、
データのやりとりになったんで、紙をため込んだり作ったりが
なくなったんで、事務所もすっきりしましたね。
過去のデータとかは、スキャンで読んで捨てていっています
efax 最初使うときすごい抵抗あったんですよね。
私にも使えんのかってｗ
でも使ってみると、メールといっしょだし、
そもそもでefaxだけだと思うけど、最初の1か月タダで使えます。
なので、リスクねーなと、、思いつかいはじめたんですが。。。。
正直もう、FAX機はつかいません、、、ｗ
