 『 the Missing Piece 』

- NO STORY SITS BY ITSELF -

I feel guilty for not having the guts to help that middle school looking girl who was clearly
having difficulties balancing these 3 plastic bags filled with sterilize oshibori on her arms.
I was there, standing a few feet away from her by the train door. Glancing every now and then
every time I notice her discomfort when a plastic bag slithers slowly between her arms.
I was itching to offer her my eco-bag (which I purposely brought that day since I was planning
to do some groceries) thinking that it would be a lot more difficult carrying all of those under the rain.
Yet, at the same time, I was scared to offend her and misunderstood my good intentions.

Sigh.

I really need to get over my fear of offending people.

I wish I could go back to being the carefree kid I used to be.

So I was totally surprised when I got these this afternoon!
Oh Maggie, THANK YOU SO MUCH!
The thought itself is enough to make me happy.
You seem to know my taste and likes a lot!
I will definitely use and keep it safe!
ほんとうにありがとうございました!

This is part of the "Kitsune Girl" project I've been brewing.

Model:
Borealisau
Location: Mount Nokogiri (鋸山) or ‘saw mountain’ (Chiba Prefecture)
Comments: Shot on what remains of the mountain’s stone-cutting quarry
which used to be active during the Edo period.

Note:
"Kitsune Girl", is my first photo project of infusing my travels and
random escapades by spicing it with a pinch of my Japanese geekiness.

ペタしてね

For some reason, in spite the good things that's been happening

I feel like I am slowly succumbing to a spell of depression.

This pretty little head of mine has been entertaining not so good thoughts lately.

I need to get a GRIP!

and it's complexities.

But I'll make sure to make it until the very end of the finish line.
