It was terrible.
Totally terrible.
I'm annoyed and disappointed by how the police dealt with the hostage crisis.
I mean they should have thought of the consequences of their actions before
forcibly arresting the hostage-taker's relatives which I believe agitated the
hostage-taker and pushed his buttons to shot some of the hostages.
It was a wrong move.
Terribly wrong.
They should have taken into consideration the mental state of the hostage-taker.
Any person who would resolve to such action (hostage -taking) is definitely in a state of DESPERATION
and any person in such state doesn't recognize right from wrong anymore and is bound to do something
DRASTIC.
But that doesn't mean I don't appreciate the efforts of the SWAT team.
They did their part to save the lives of the remaining ALIVE hostages.
It's just that the policemen who arrested those "people" (the relatives) annoyed me to the core.
