
Lately, I've been mixing this with the cranberry juice I drink during dinner.
Yeah, sleeping problems again.
I was so used sleeping around 2 or 4am in the morning last summer
that I find it so difficult to grab some sleep as early as 9 or 10pm.
So far, it's effective.
My eyes feel heavy by the time I sit in front of the computer.

I take it in moderation ( I swear! ), like every other day.
