It's one technique I teach kids under pressure or stress.

It really helps a lot to calm them down.



But it you ask me if such technique works at my current state?



N O P E.


It doesn't work anymore.


I'm too mad and offended to be easily relieved of such negativity.




I'm EMOTIONALLY STRESSED.


STRECTCHED IN AND OUT OF MY CORE.


I want to shout, curse and shove a middle finger to the air.

But then, that is so not me.

I personally find it uncomfortable to curse vocally and do finger signs.


I'm just not brought up that way.


Yet in times like this, all I want to do is break the rules.


Break the mores dictated by the society of how one must properly act.


So for tonight, just let me do this for once even just through this

my BLOG THERAPY.
