HARRY POTTER and the HALF-BLOOD PRINCE
All in all the special effects was stunning and so are the CGIs they used.
I love Dumbledore's Ring of Fire scene inside the cave.
It was awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
All the actors have grown up a lot!
And I commend Radcliffe's acting at the part where he drank
the potion, Felix Felicis. He pull off that goofy childish look very well.
[SPOILER :: Do not READ if you haven't seen the movie]
If you haven't read the book then you're lucky coz you won't end up
digging your hippocampus if this or that certain scene did happen in the book
or if you've just mixed up all the details from the book and is imagining things
that had happened from the previous book.
I think I was a bit down because lots of things were left out
and a lot of things were altered.
For example, the part where Luna Lovegood found Harry petrified at the Slytherin's cabin,
in the book it was Tongs and it was also Tongs who escorted Harry back to Hogwarts.
Malfoy secretly going to Borgin & Burkes while being stalked by Harry, Hermione and Ron.
In the movie, it was changed to Malfoy being escorted by his mom and some Deatheaters.
Bellatrix with the Deatheaters attacking Weasley's home setting it to fire,
I think that didn't happen in the book (unless my memory plays false again).
Fenrir the werewolf wasn't introduced properly.
There was no talk regarding Fleur Delacour and Bill Weasley's planned wedding.
and the part when Bill was bit by Fenrir.
The end battle between the DAs and Deatheaters were omitted.
Dumbledore's funeral was removed.
Well, I do understand why this is so.
As much as possible they want to stick to the most important scenes
that will be more substantial for the next HP film, Deathly Hallows.

My favorite characters from the book are Albus Dumbledore and Severus Snape.
So tragic for my part since,
it was Snape who cast Avada Kedavra that killed Dumbledore.
