Me: Mom I want to take up violin lessons every Saturday.
Mom: Instead of wasting your money on violin lessons.
Why don't you take up Master's Degree instead?
Me: I don't want. It's not yet the time for me.
I want to take up violin lessons. It's useless forcing me to do something I don't like.
And how am I going to pusrsue Master's Degree when I don't even have any idea what
course on higher studies I really want to pusrsue.
and so on and so forth. . . .
*sigh*
I should not have told them about my plan on taking up violion lessons,
I know they won't support it anyway.
Ok. I won't force the issue since it will just disappoint me.
SO.
From now on.
I'll add that to my future goals!
*writes it down my personal journal*
I am really going to take up violin lessons by the time I turn 25.
Now that's something to look forward to.
Oh. And hopefully, I can buy my own SiberianHusky by that time.
(saves money for a new pet)
P.S.
I really think it helps when people set goals in their lives.
Especially, if they write it down.
It helps an individual not to lose track and to remember what he/she wants.
Plus, it makes the individual strive harder to make it possible.
