I just started reading it yesterday and I already stopped
after reading the foreword.

Anyway, the author of the book is
Fr. Regino O. Cortes, O.P., Ph.L., S.T.L., S.S.L.
The book was released around 2006 and according to the the book
during that time, he was the Regent of the College of Fine Arts and Design (CFAD)
of the Universtity of Santo Tomas (UST).
