I already talked to my other boss regarding my resignation.
She just nodded and seems to agree with me. .
but after the talk. . .
she persuaded me to stay for another year.
I said I'll think about it.
And this morning, I talked with Doctor Arlene.
She was shocked with my decision and she was like,
"What? ! ? ! ? ! ?"
"We just endorsed you to handle 4 different cases
for this year and we've talked with the parents.. . . .(and so on and so forth)"
She said she's not stopping me or anything.
If my decision will bring forth personal growth then go.
I in my part was strucked when she told me that they've talked with the parents
and have stand firm that they're confident in making me handle this case.
I think I'll stay with them for another year.
But this year with definitely be the toughest since I'll be taking Ms. Masha's post.
and hallooo?!?!?!?!
I'm no O.T. (Occupational Therapist) for sure.
So this is definitely one hell of a challenge.
