I think I stumbled upon this band two months ago (thanks to Ameba!).
If I’m not mistaken, I came across Yuuki-san の blog page. I got interested so I tried listening to their music.
It was worth it!
Well, if you’re tired of listening to American rock or alternative rock (like I do) and would like something different then this might be your medicine.
Come on. I’ve been listening to English songs since time immemorial!
I want something different as day and night.
So back to Lycaon.
I give this single ☆☆☆☆ out of 5.
My impression for RED RUM is similar with that of Zexer’s Single entitled, “AGAIN”.
So far, elements were pretty much the same between this two in my opinion.
It’s alternative rock music. There’s a combination of growling sound and melodic touches at the chorus which I find appealing like for the track, “RED RUM”.
Uhmmmm…..
What else can I say. . . .
My head is quite crowded today because I’ve been listening to MUCC’s Shion and it gave me a shock because I thought their style was something similar to Girugamesh but I was wrong ! ! ! So wrong!
Oh!
Why am I talking about them when this is solely for Lycaon!
*whacks self with a hammer*
Lastly, their newest Single entitled, “Sad-Sickness” is out so better check it too!

I like the short intro song for this single – “into the dark”
I think I'll convert it and set it as my message tone later.
