Our neighbor's dog is crying out loud non stop across the street.
I know he is crying
I just knew it since I myself own a dog..I mean 6 dogs before..and I know when they're crying or sick.
The dog was actually chained across the street in front of his master's house...
the dog house is pretty small so throughout the strong rush of wind, scary thunderstorm and non-stop rain..
the dog end up getting pretty wet and shivering outside...
and he was just crying out loud after the rain as if asking his master to set him free
and let him stay inside the house...

I so pity him...
and I hate myself for not doing anything...
