手締めは拍手に由来するもので
式典や集会の元気良い閉会を
表すもので、一本締めまたは
三本締めと呼ばれるものがある。

Tejime stems from Kashiwade and
it is performed at the end of celebrations
or meetings for a lively close.

The hands are clapped total 10 times
in the rhythm of 3-3-3-1. This is called
Ipponjime and 3 sets of it is called
Sanbonjime.
