昆布と混合節で黄金出汁を準備します。
I prepared the golden soup by dried kelp and dried fish.
懐かし関西の味 かす汁の素
かす汁は酒粕を使った汁ものですが、かす汁って関西だったんですね。多分関西人はかす汁は全国的に一般的な料理だと思ってると思います。
I bought this soup base at grocery in Osaka. I didn't know that soup seasoned by sake lees is common in only Kansai region. I like kasu-jiru, soup seasoned by sake lees. I know it tastes unique. Do you like it? I am sure that people in Kansai region think that kasu-jiru is common cuisine across the Japan.

I put the soup base into the golden soup. It isn't beautiful. It looks like excretion.
かす汁ではなくかす鍋です。
うん、めっちゃ美味しい。さすがに〆の麺は無しでした。
I cooked kasu-nabe with salmon, salmon hot pot cuisine seasoned by sake lees. It was so good. I didn't cook noodles by using the soup because I thought the soup seasoned by sake lees is not suitable with noodles.
