I previously posted an article about Japanese parsley soba noodles at Shinshu Soba. Not long after, I happened to find Japanese parsley with roots at the grocery store in my town.
I gathered ingredients in order to cooking hot pot with Japanese parsley. I didn't know that hot pot with Japanese parsley is a local food in Miyagi prefecture before I looked for a recipe of that on the internet, even though I lived in Miyagi prefecture when I was a child.
The first step is washing Japanese parsley very well, especially root part.
I prepared all ingredients. I bought prepared burdock product, not fresh burdock because I don't have any other recipe using burdock.
I prepared the soup by shaved dried bonito and 2 tsp of chicken soup powder, and seasoned by soy sauce, sake, mirin according to the recipe on the internet. I put ingredients into the soup in the order of hardness.
It was so good. The flavor and texture of Japanese parsley were very good. Hot pot requires Japanese sake, right? I of course drank sake.
The next day, I cooked Japanese soba noodles with Japanese parsley using the hot pot soup. I bought cheap boiled soba noodles at Don Quijote, it was 29 yen and be produced by Hatsukari noodle factory corporation in Saitama.
I put root part of Japanese parsley first.
I didn't have pork, therefore I put tenkasu (deep fried small flour balls) on that for adding richer taste. It was good but not close to Seri Soba at Shinshuya at all. I need to visit Shinshuya to eat Seri Soba again to confirm the taste.
Thank you for reading. Have a nice day.
Is your boss reliable?
I am sure that most of you say the best trait of boss is that listen members well, not moody and empower members. I think so too but I may not be a good boss. After my promotion, one of the members has changed her behaviours. She shows apparent hostility to me and she doesn't ask me and report me at all. I am really perplexed. She is well known as a difficult person and a team breaker. Nobody has accepted her to the team and finally she moved to our team 2 years ago. My boss has treated and led her very well but it may be difficult to me.
