兵庫県姫路市の田靡製麺製です。兵庫県の乾麺にはあまり良い印象は無いんですけどね。
I happend to find this dried soba noodle product, Izushi Soba Hachiwari, that is produced by 80% buckwheat flour. This dried soba noodle has its superiority that has texture like from raw soba noodles. This is produced by Tanabiki noodle factory corporation in Himeji city, Hyogo prefecture. I don't have good impression to noodles in Hyogo prefecture. 70g as dried condition is appropriate for one portion.
お、泡ぶく。泡が出るのは良い干しそばです。
This produced much bubbles. I think that making bubbles is signal that it is good dried soba noodles. I prepared soba soup in parallel.
お、美味しい!蕎麦の香りは控えめですが歯応えは良いです。
I tried few soba noodles as it is at first. It had good texture but less buckwheat flavor. It was good, totally.
次はもり蕎麦で食べたくなる蕎麦でした。
It was good. I need to try this as cold soba noodle.

I attended the board meeting of the industrial association yesterday for the first time, on behalf of the president of my company. I was very nervous in the meeting room because most of participants were presidents of other companies. I learned a lot because participants are core members to shape framework of the industry. This opportunity expanded my perspective. However, a small conflict with my member is annoying me so much now. How can I deal with?
