今回のパリオリンピックで、一番感動したのが、この場面でした。
石田コーチのインスタグラムにアップもされていますが、早田ひな選手が、卓球女子団体で銀メダルをもらった際に、自分のシングルスでもらった銅メダルを石田コーチに持ってきてもらい、自分が少し前にもらった銀メダルを団体戦でのリザーブだった木原美悠選手の首にかけ、自分はシンクスの銅メダルを首にかけて、他の団体戦選手、平野美宇選手、張本美和選手と記念撮影をした場面でした。
東京オリンピックでリザーブ経験をして、辛い思いをした早田ひな選手らしい優しさに本当に感動しました。
今回のパリオリンピックでは、JWはずうと早田ひな選手を応援していました。
平野美宇選手や伊藤美誠選手の活躍の陰に隠れ日の当たらない時代から必ず早田選手の時代が来るのを信じて応援していました。
そんな早田ひな選手が金メダルは取れなかったけど、他人を思いやる気持ちをオリンピックの舞台で行ったのは、メダルを取った以上に、本当に今まで早田ひな選手を応援してきて良かったと思った場面でした。
これからも早田ひな選手には、この優しさを大切に活躍してほしいです。
