昨日からウォーキングを再開しました。春になってから、一応週1回ぐらいを目標になっていたのですが、それでは完全に歩数が足りないので、以前のように週複数回はやるようにします。つい最近まで、腰痛に悩まされていたのですが、気温が高くなるにつれて、痛くなることが減ってきています。腰痛で整体に通っていたのですが、腰さえ治れば、今までみたいにまた歩こうと思います。走るのは、腰に負荷がかかるので、暫くは無理かな。


I resumed walking yesterday. Since spring, my goal has been to do it about once a week, but that is not enough for me, so I will try to do it multiple times a week like before. Until recently, I was suffering from back pain, but as the temperature has risen, the pain has decreased. I went to a chiropractor for back pain, but once my back heals, I will walk again like I used to. Running puts a lot of stress on my lower back, so I don't think I'll be able to do it for a whileI resumed walking yesterday.
