権利と言えば、それは私のちょっとした想像した文明の基本社会の概念である。
なぜ権利かというと、作動を制限することだけで、その作動が可能だとされる意識が自然的だということを思っている。
何かをしていいことだと、世界の複雑さ、作動の複雑さ、そして最後に社会の全面的な豊かさが伝わると思うのである。
この形の権利は、誰でも持っているものではなくて、何かの対象、式、発言から宣言される「していい」という共通点になれる。
プライベートなことはプライベートが、何がプライベートか、どのような行動が社会に押しつくということで権利が必要になるか、豊かな個人意識を収穫するのではないかと思う。
それから、権利は常識的か賛成しやすいと、あの人かこの人はあれかこれをしてダメだったでしょ！という誤解、ケンカ、や迷った気持ちがより少なくなれるというのが可能である。
弱くてだまされた考え方とも見られるが、今のフリーな誤解、世界的地位の意識、そして得に現代のまったく充実されていない憲法などからの権利意識も、誤っているように見ることができるではないかと。
だがもちろん、作動が直接に権利以外の規則から制限されないともよくない。
When I've imagined a utopian culture, rights are one of the basic societal concepts of it.
Why I came up with that is to say that by limiting action through rules instead, there naturally arises a consciousness that it is possible to break them, or that the action is possible.
When society instead says that it is alright to do something, a respect instead arises for the diverse richness of possible actions without any harshness in their limitation.
The kind of right I imagine is not universal rights, but those given to specific people or groups of people through the bestowal of objects, ceremonies, rites of passage, words, and so on, these ideally becoming commonly acknowledged social realities.
What is private is indeed private, but when society realizes what kind of action imposes on the social sphere, and necessitates a right, there can be a cultivation of a healthy and varied individual consciousness.
If these rights are sensible and agreeable, arguments like "you're definitely not supposed to do that!" or "that was the wrong thing to do man" can be turned into a healthy and detailed protective social awareness.
This idea may seem naive or silly, but one could also argue that getting into arguments based on vague assumptions, hot emotions, and inextricably complicated disagreements is equally dangerous.
I do not mean to say that rules specifically outlawing certain behaviors would be done away with at all in this kind of utopia.
