匠の味～ 福島県 - Takumi-no-aji Fukushima

すいません！福島に温泉旅行に行っていたため、久しぶりのアップデートになります。今日は朝から福島県湯岐温泉の旅館で一風呂浴びてからいわき市 経由で東京に帰ってきました。福島って良いところですね！今回始めて行きましたが、自然がいっぱいで渋滞も無く、海もきれいでメシもうまかったです。昼飯はいわき市の匠の味～というウナギと天ぷらのお店で、私は特大海老天ざるを頂きました。お値段のほうは1400円とちょっと高めなのですが、その味と量を見れば誰もが納得だと思います。特大海老は一口でかぶりつくのがこんなんなほどデカく、味も最高！おそばも腰があってGREATでした。詳しい場所は覚えてないのですが、いわき市のマリンタワーから北茨城方面に海沿いを走ている途中にありました。近くにおいしそうな九州ラーメンのお店がありましたね。うーん温泉も、自然もご飯もよかったです。

Excuse me for such a late update!! I was away from home last couple of days. I took a vacation to go to Yuki-Onsen in Fukushima. Fukushima is located right above Ibaraki, and it took us about 3hours to get there. This Onsen is in a middle of a mountain, and there is nothing around. No cell phone reachiability either!! Actually that is what I was looking for, and enjoyed it very much going away from the city!! On the way back from Fukushima, we ate Ebi-ten-zarusoba today at Iwaki city . Iwaki is well known for its fishing industry, and fish there are very fresh!! Although the price was quite expensive, 1400yen, the taste and the size of it really satisfied me!! It is nice to get out of Tokyo once a while to refresh your mind!! GO FUKUSHIMA!!

回転すし"たんぽぽ" - Sushi Tanpopo Shinjuku

夜は西新宿にあるたんぽぽという名の回転すしに行ってきました。西口のヨドバシカメラのそばにあるMens Plaza Aokiの通り沿いにある結構小奇麗な回転寿司です。店はカウンター席のみで２０席くらいあり、真ん中に寿司職人が４人体制でお客の注文を引っ切り無しに受け、にぎりまくる目まぐるしいスタイルです。結構満席に近い状態だったのですが今まで回転寿司に行った中で一番注文してから出てくるのが早かったです。って言うか、無茶苦茶早すぎです！正直、話をする暇も無く次のネタが束でぶっ飛んでくる感じです。肝心のお味もなかなかで、一皿１４０円にしては上出来きです！ウエイトレスのオネーサン達はさすがに新宿だけあって非常にインターナショナルなノリです。結構そういう雰囲気は嫌いじゃないです。西新宿に行ったらぜひ一度トライしてみて。近くに立ち食いの寿司屋もあるけど、値段が同じなので座れるこっちのほうが良いよ！

Dinner was Sushi!! Tanpopo is located near Yodobashi Camera in Nishi-SHinjuku!! I could not find a home page for it, but you can find it easily. This place only has a counter seats with Kaiten-style sushi!! There are about 20 seats, and 4 Sushi Chefs. They can make your sushi in 2sec!! Its so fast. I think the fastest first food restaurant is actually Kaiten Sushi instead of Hamburger restaurant. One dish is 140yen, and it is a very reasonable price for Shinjuku Area!! Now Go Try!!

モスバーガー平和台店 - Mos Burger in Heiwadai

昨日はそんなに厚くなかったと思うのですが、久しぶりに会社終った後にプールで泳いだら予想以上に疲れてしまい今日は昼ごろの起床になりました。そんなこんなで昼飯は軽くラーメン(サッポロ一番)を食べ部屋の掃除を午後いっぱいやってました。そんなこんなでテレビ付けたら柔道やっててこれに熱中してしまい、気づいたら９時まわってました。しかたなく、夕飯は平和台にあるMos Burger でflesh Burgerオニポテセット食べました。久しぶりのジャンクフードがちょっとお腹に重たく感じましたね。でもMos Burgerはやっぱりマックの上を行ってますよ。最近は匠burgerなる高級食材系も出していますが、やっぱりbasicなメニューのほうがおいしいですよ！。
Tomorrow, an election will take a place for the House of Representatives (lower house Memnbers). I am going to wake up early tomorrow morning an go to the election. Today, I was cleaning my room, and relocating my furniture in my room. I wanted to reorganize my space to refresh myself. It is took me amost all day to finish cleaning up my room, and did not have time to cook tonight! Therefore, I decided to go eat at MoS Burger at Heiwadai! Mos is a large hanburger foood chain in Japan only next to Mac. I love this place because it taste so much better than Mac!

ガッツグリル新宿の弁当 - Gutts Grill Shinjuku

今日は忙しかったのと軽い金欠なのでお昼は良く食べるガッツグリル新宿店 のお弁当にしました。最初は399円、しょうが焼き弁当しかなかったのですが最近は茄子の炒め物、酢豚などの他に699円のボリューミーな弁当などが追加されました。１１時４５分くらいにお店に行ったらそこにはすでに１０人くらいの列が出来ており、多少待ちました。やっぱり今日も迷わずしょうが焼き弁当にしました。中身はしょうが焼き、大豆とひじきの煮物、玉子焼き、マカロニサラダ、ご飯、梅干、そしてたくあん。結構盛りだくさんなんですよ、これが！みなさんもちょっとお金が無いときや、軽く食べたいなって時はぜひお試しを！早く行かないとなくなっちゃうよ！

Gutts Grill in Shinjuku has a pretty cool lunch box that costs only 399YEN!! Yes, it is very cheap and delicious! I was quite busy today, and there are 3 more weeks before the pay day. I need to cust my spending these days. However, it is good to have something different once a while....

CASA 初台 - CASA in Hatsudai

今日の昼飯は１１時半くらいに初台のCASAにてオムハヤシを食べました（もちろんドリンクバーもオーダーです）。結局そこに２時間くらい滞在し仕事してましたね。CASAには申し訳ないのですが、やはりファミレスなので味に期待してはいけないんですよね。その予想通りのベーシックな味に納得しながら、コーラ、アイスコーヒー、ブレンドコーヒー、コーラーと結構ドリンクバー飲みまくりました。昼時で結構並んでいるのに平気で長居できるのがすばらしいと感じました。CASA最高！たまにはファミレスもいいよね、でも値段はちょい高めでしたが（1000円くらい）。

Today, I happend to be in Hatsudai during lunch time. So I spend about 2 hours at CASA, the familiy restaurant. We call restaurants like Denny's and Cocos, family restaurant, and dont ask why. I had Omuhayashi, with softdrink free refills. Most of the familiy restaurant in Japan sell drinks in similar style where people can refill as much as they want. I really like that style. Omuhayashi is a tomato paste based chiken fried rice inside the omlet.

無双 赤坂見附 - Muso AkasakaMitsuke

うーん、今日も何だかんだ言ってアップデートするのが夜遅くなってしまった～。今日はテレビでHERO'S（総合格闘技イベント）で山本KID、須藤元気、ホイラーグレイシーとか出てたのでついつい全部見ちゃいました。そのちょっと前にはサッカー日本代表 v.s. ホンジャラス戦もあったので盛りだくさんでした。おーっと、話が脱線しちゃったので本日のお昼ご飯の話題にもどりますね。今日は赤坂見附にある無双 というラーメン屋さんで冷やし胡麻辛味麺780円を頂きました。これがなかなか美味しいんですよ！胡麻の風味が強く、そんなに辛くないんですがまろやかな味わいなんですね。ちょっとパンチを聞かせるためにお酢をちょっとだけ入れて食べてみたのですが大当たり！夏ばてには酢ですよ！みんなもトライしてみてよ。

Today was quite busy watching soccer game and HERO's(ultimate fighting) on TV. hahaha! That is why I am updating this blog late at night. Anyways, I ate Cold Rame w/o soup marinated with spicy sesame source at Muso Ramen in AkasakaMitsuke. It is located very close to AkasakaMitsuke Station, and this is one of my favorit Ramen place in Akasaka. This cold Ramen is only available during the summer time, and it sure taste great!! I recommend adding some vinegar to increase your appetite!! unn, taste good.

パンコントマテ赤坂店 - Pancon Tomate Akasaka

パンコントマテ赤坂店 にてランチを頂きました。今回で５度目くらいのトライだったのですが、この店の売りの稲庭うどん風の極太パスタはあえてオーダーせず、チーズリゾットを食べてみました。いつもはトマトベースのベーコンきのこ系又は、ベーコンほうれん草系を好んで食べていたのですが、ちょっと違うのがトライしたかっただけです。ちなみにパスタのほうが断然おいしいです。最初はちょっとその太い麺に抵抗があるのですが以外にこれが餅モチしていておいしいことに気付くんですね（笑）。ランチだったらパスタを頼むとアイスコーヒーとデザートもついてきちゃいますからね！なかなかお得なセットですよ。みなさんもぜひ一度はトライすべし。

Pancon Tomate Akasaka !! I tried Italian Restaurant for lunch today. It is located right in front of TBS, and its speciality is the thic pasta!! I have been here several times already, and I usually eat Tomato base pasta with Bacon and mashroom or spinach. However, I ate cheese risotto today instead. I like their pasta much better than risotto. There is a set menu for pasta lunch that comes with drink and desert. You may be surprised by the thicness of the pasta, but it sure taste good.

ハリケーン・カトリーナ - Hurricane Katrina

ちょっとオフトピックかなと思ったのですが、最近の出来事についてです。今日でハリケーン・カトリーナーが米国ルイジアナ州を襲ってから５日が過ぎました。ニュースを見る限りだと思ったより被害が大きいみたいでびっくりしました。一説には数千人もの死者が出たとの予測もあり、まさに自然の力を思い知らされた感じです。ここで私が注目したいのは食料や水が被災者に届くのに５日間もかかってしまったという事です 。アメリカならではの事情もあるのでしょうが、ちょっと遅いですよね。この季節、日本でも大きな台風が上陸する可能性は十分ありますのでこんな感じの非常用食料 を用意しておくのも良いかもしれませんね。

Today, I would like to talk little bit about Hurricane Katrina. It has been 5 days since the Hurricane hit New Orleans, and thousands of people have died. The thing I was most surprised is that it took 5days for the Government to start distributing food and water to those Hurricane victims. I thought that similar disaster could happen in Japan(large Taiphoon), and we should always be prepared for that. I am thinking about buying these.

イカの塩辛メシ - salted squid guts over rice

本日の夕飯はイカの塩辛メシとトマト&きゅうりサラダでした。作り方はいたって簡単... って調理の必要なしですから当たり前ですね。ご飯を炊いてイカ塩辛を乗せるだけ。後はきゅうりとトマトを切ってドレッシングをかける。

Tonight's Dinner was salted squid guts over rice. Very easy to cook, because you don't have to do anything but cook rice. That is all. It is all about "KISS" (Keep It Simple and Stupid).

うーんなんて簡単なんだろう！お味のほうは以外に塩辛くてご飯をいっぱい食べちゃいました。塩辛なんだから辛いのは当たり前だろうって？..... そうですね（笑）。次はたこの塩辛ってのをトライしてみようかな。

How easy is that? Squid guts was very salty and ate lots of rice, hahaha!! I think I should try octopus guts next time!

そじ坊（赤坂） - Soji-Bo Akasaka

昨晩はのみに行ってしまったため、とてもブログをアップできる状態じゃありませんでした（笑）。昨日のランチはそろそろ辛いものも飽きてきたので久しぶりに純日本風にそじ坊赤坂店にてそばを食べました。皆さんもご存知だと思いますが、このそじ坊は結構どこにでもあるチェーン店なのであまり期待していなかったのですが以外にうまかったです！アナゴ天ざるをオーダーし待っているとお盆にざるそば、アナゴ天、生わさび、それからデザートの団子が乗って来ました。その生わさびを自分でおろすのがこの店の特徴で食べる前にひたすらゴシゴシ生わさびをおろし金ですります。もうこの時点でわさびの香りがあたりに充満していました。冷房も結構効いている店内で熱々のアナゴ天、それからこしのあるおそば、鼻にツンとくるわさびの香り、デザートの団子、どれも非常においしかったです。うーんそじ坊... 侮るべからず、ですです（笑）。

Unnn... I had too much to drink last night!! Experiencing a bad headache.... That is why I could not update the blog last night. Anyways, I went to eat Soba for yesterday's lunch in Akasaka. Soji-Bo is a quite popular Soba noodle restaurant chain store, and they have a unique sytle. I ordered Anago-ten-Zaru, which is a conger or a sea eel Tenpura with Soba, and they brought us a piece of wasabi stick. We had to shave the wasabi stick to make wasabi paste by ourselves. It was fun doning that, and Tenpura and soba was also pretty GOOD!! It is always good to eat traditional Japanese food.
