ダーティ・マティーニ
少し前に馬追ジン HiroshimaⅡ を入荷したのですが、「このジン、どんなカクテルが合うだろう？」と悩んでいました。
そんな時、海外からのお客様にこれには何が合うと思う？と聞いてみたところ、ダーティ・マティーニ というアイデアをいただきました。
実際に作ってみると、オリーブの汁の塩味ととても相性が良く、なかなか面白い仕上がりに。
普段あまり作らないカクテルですが、この機会に是非広島・銀山町のBar Shake Dripでお楽しみいただけたらと思います。
Dirty Martini
We recently brought in Maoi Gin Hiroshima II, and I was wondering what kind of cocktail would work best with it.
When I asked an overseas guest for their thoughts, they suggested a Dirty Martini.
After trying it, I found that the olive brine pairs surprisingly well with the gin.
It’s not a cocktail I usually make, but this version turned out quite interesting.
