普段あまり作らないベースのお酒なので難しすぎて、かなり迷走していたのですが、なんとか年内に形にすることができました。

Since awamori isn’t a spirit I usually work with, it was quite challenging and I went through a lot of trial and error, but I managed to complete it before the end of the year.
