ニューヨークとシカゴ間を走っていた列車にちなんで名付けられたカクテルです。
1937年に作られたカクテルだそうです。
キナリレ(リレブラン)を使うそうなのですが、置いてなかったのでベルモットで今回は作りました😅
また今度仕入れて正規レシピで作ってみたいと思います。

A classic cocktail named after the famous train that once ran between New York and Chicago: the “20th Century Limited.”
It is said to have been created around 1937.
The original recipe uses Kina Lillet (now Lillet Blanc), but since I didn’t have it this time, I made it with vermouth instead 😅
I’d like to get Lillet and try making the authentic version sometime soon.

以曾经运行于纽约与芝加哥之间的列车 “20th Century Limited” 命名的经典鸡尾酒。
据说诞生于1937年左右。
原本的配方会使用 Kina Lillet（现为 Lillet Blanc）， 不过这次店里没有，所以改用了味美思来调制 😅
下次想进货之后，再试试正式配方。

뉴욕과 시카고를 오가던 열차 “20th Century Limited”에서 이름을 따온 클래식 칵테일입니다.
1937년경 만들어졌다고 합니다.
원래는 키나 릴레(현 릴레 블랑)를 사용하는 레시피이지만, 이번에는 준비되어 있지 않아 베르무트로 만들었습니다 😅
다음에는 정식 레시피로도 만들어보고 싶네요.

Un cóctel clásico nombrado en honor al famoso tren “20th Century Limited”, que conectaba Nueva York y Chicago.
Se dice que fue creado alrededor de 1937.
La receta original utiliza Kina Lillet (actualmente Lillet Blanc), pero como no lo tenía esta vez, lo preparé con vermut 😅
La próxima vez me gustaría conseguirlo y preparar la receta original.
