Hello friends,
I knew of Guerrilla Gardening on the article of Positive News (US edition, No.19). I was so sympathized such activity that I by myself have started my little Guerrilla Gardening in my local community tonight.
On the article the words hit me; "Improving the community and environment for everyone and everything has many positive side-effect - reduced vandalism, safer streets and even bringing broken communities back together." I am happy if I could make a small contribution for the community which I belong to through my Guerrilla Gardening
There is a tiny vacant land near my workplace, and a monument which memorialized an old Buddhist priest who contributed to the restoration of the road stands there. As little people have taken care of the vacant land, I planted four pots of begonia there several days ago. It was my first gardening experience outside my house "without permission". I will be so happy if I can make it together with someone else in future.
