Yesterday, My group members presented our best abstract in our psychological research subject. Of course, i felt nervous at first however when I saw that the audience is very attentive, my anxiety slowly fades
The study is entitled "Birth order and Relationship Attitudes and styles of College students". There were 5 variables to be measured here and Im gonna share and say something about the 3rd variable here in my entry.
"Love styles"
There are different kinds of love that people have the tendency toward when They are in romantic relationship..
These are the
*Eros- Erotic lovers tend to focus on the ideal beauty of the body. They have a need to be physically close and intimate in relationships almost immediately.
*Ludus- This is a game playing love. Ludic lovers tend to be more casual in their relationship and don't allow their partners to become too involve with them. They usually date several people at once to keep their options open.
*Storge- Is a Friendship Based love (becoming friends first then lovers). Storgic lovers tend to move their relationships at a slow pace. This could be consider as uneventful and unexciting..
*Pragma- Is a Practical Kind of love. Pragmatic lovers consider their needs over passion. They tend to measure compatibility with personal qualities over sexual ones...
*Mania- Is an obsessive type of love. Manic lovers center their life with their partners. They have a strong need for affection and attention that is almost insatibale.
*Agape- Is an unselfish and giving type of love. Agape lovers gives themselves completely even when they receive nothing in return. They may hope for reciprocation but never acts on the expectation of it..
