This April we are excited to feature the 3rd Capsule Collection,“A Learning Experience” from Tokyo Kaleidoscope.
Tokyo Kaleidoscope is an independent little boutique label, Japan‐based with Australian origins.
Traipsing through antique markets exploring a sudden whim or desire gives Tokyo Kaleidoscope the freedom to express style, simplicity, fluidity and form.
Tokyo Kaleidoscope is an advocate of a return to ‘slow’ fashion where each garment is unique in its print and style.
Tokyo Kaleidoscope strongly believes in socially responsible design. All of our garments are made using
traditional Japanese kimonos into fashion stylish for today.

今回は、日本の着物をベースとしたスタイルが特徴的なオーストラリア生まれのブランド「Tokyo Kaleidoscope（トーキョーカレードスコープ）」をフィーチャー。彼らのコレクション第三弾「ア・ラーニング・エクスペリエンス（学んだ経験）」の世界にご期待ください。
アンティーク市場を気ままに散策し思うままに材料となる着物を選び・・・そして生まれた作品のスタイルは天真爛漫で自由な感性を持ったものばかり。
そう、Tokyo Kaleidoscopeの作品は、全て日本の伝統的な着物から作られています。にも関わらず、非常にファッショナブルで、現代の感覚にぴたりとあったもの。
模様使い・スタイル、共にユニークな作品を作る彼らは長く、服を大切に着ていくこと、「ローファッション」への回帰について提唱。そして又、彼らの生み出すデザインが社会的な責任をも担うものだという気持ちを強く持っているとのこと。
そんなTokyo Kaleidoscopeの作品の世界を、目で、そして心で感じてもらえれば幸いです。

The 3rd Capsule Collection “A Learning Experience” showcases the progression of Tokyo Kaleidoscope from playing with the traditional form of fashion patternmaking to the evolvement of manipulating the shape of the kimono into modern fashion. The creativity behind the collection draws upon influences from childhood memories, rainy days and everyday little pleasures.
トーキョーカレードスコープの第三弾コレクション「ア・ラーニング・エクスペリエンス」の豊かな創造性は、子供のころの思い出、雨の日の考えごと、そして日々の小さな喜びといったものからインスピレーションを受けているとのこと・・・皆さん自身も、そんな感覚を思い起こしてもらえるかもしれません。
The evening will include two live showcases fueled by DJs bringing you the best in lounge, jazzy house, soul and funk. Resident DJ E Smoove and Dave Clark III of the United Crates Crew will once again host your musical journey!
エキサイティングなライブは、２ステージ。そして、フロアをを盛り上げるのはラウンジ、ジャズハウス、ソウル、ファンクの名曲をスピンするDJ達・・・レジデントDJのＥスヌーブ、ザ・ユナイテッド・クレーツ・クルーのデイブ・クラークIIIが、この夜、再び皆さんを音楽の旅にいざないます。どうぞお楽しみに！！

Having performed in and around Central Tokyo at various venues; young, gorgeous, sexy Minori Yonehama is
quickly creating a presence with her powerful renditions of classic hits from RnB, Soul, Jazz songs. Some of her Influences are Luther Vandross, Alicia Keys, Whitney Houston to name a few. As she says; "Music is my heart, my pain, my love,,,its my everything! When I can sing I can be myself."
