I organized my shelf of the kitchen,
and found Gumbo mix and Jambalaya mix
that I bought in New Orleans at last November.
Checked the expiration date, and it was OK!
I'm looking forward to cook it☆
It bring back memories of there to me...

買ってきた、南部のソウルフード…
賞味期限をドキドキしながら確かめたら、
全く問題なかった…良かったぁ！
作るのが楽しみ。
結構、日本人の口にも合うもの、と思います。

ゴスペル歌いに行ってたのでした。
