今回は一気に２本ご紹介します🙌
長野県 尾澤酒造場さんの
「19 Le cerisier rose m' apporte 純米吟醸 おりがらみ 無濾過生原酒」と
「19 Le chat botté 純米吟醸」
まず、桜のデザインが特徴の Le cerisier rose m' apporte(ル・スリジェ・ローズ・マ・ポルテ)は、
フランス語で「桜の花が春の訪れを教えてくれる」という意味。
こちらはスパークリング活性のにごり酒のようで、
開栓するときの発泡の勢いに驚きました
まさに生酒！のフレッシュ感に、上品な甘み。後味に舌に残る苦味が、辛口感を感じさせてくれます。
Le chat botté (ル シャ ボッテ)は、
フランス語訳で「長靴を履いた猫」。
最初にメロン系の青っぽい香りが広がるのを感じますが、
口に含んでみると 香りの印象とはまた違って華やかでフルーティな味わい。
酸味もあってジューシーなのでとても飲みやすく、かつ後味は軽め。
先日ご紹介した「Riccio」のように、
ポップなラベルデザインについ手に取ってしまうスタイリッシュな日本酒✨

Since I introduced the hedgehog sake of 19 (Jyu-ku), this time I will introduce two other adorable designed sake from the same 19 series.
"19 Le cerisier rose m 'apporte Jyunmai-ginjo origarami muroka-namagenshu" and
"19 Le chat botté Jyunmai-ginjo."
Le cerisier rose m 'apporte with a cherry blossom on the label, it means "cherry blossoms telling us the arrival of spring" in French.
This is kind of like a sparkling sake. With the fresh sense of elegant sweetness, the bitterness remains on the tongue which helps me feel the dry texture.
Le chat botté, in French, means “the Puss in Boots.”
First I feel the melon-like aroma and when including in the mouth, it has a gorgeous and fruity taste. It is sour and juicy, easy-to-drink, so maybe it is nice to recommend to ladies who aren’t much used to trying same.
Like "Riccio" I introduced the other day, these kinds of stylish sake is out these days.
The 19 series still has plenty of other variations and every one of them are try-able; it should surely be pleased for gifts!
