I should've explained 'Luminarie' as a festival in my home town when I took a speaking practice test.
I've taken the speaking test during my class today.of course it's my first time to take such a difficult speaking test.and I needed more time to consider my opinion and make some sentences.therefore I couldn't do it well.
I regreted that I could've mentioned 'Luminarie' but I didn't do that because I was really upset at that time....
so I wanna try to mention 'Luminarie'now.
From 1995s,it has been hold every December for two weeks in my home town 'KOBE' for praying to many victims of HANSHIN-AWAJI Big earthquale.and I hope that it make the peolple who lost their family or sweatherts comfortable.
A lots of arcades are placed along the main street in Sannomiya,and these arcades are decorated with a variety color of bulb by Italian designer.Therefore the design has been changing everytime..I think that these are more beautiful than your expectation.Therefore it remainds us such a terrible accident whenever we see it.
I wanna make more sentences but I can't do it any more.hahaha.

今日は学校でIELTSのスピーキングテストを受けたんやけど、これがまた全然やった・・・。
トピックは「あなたの国または都市での有名なお祭りについて・・」って 内容やってんけど考える時間が少な過ぎて、全然イイアイディアが思い浮かばんまま・・「ハイ、スタート！」って感じで始まってもてん。
練習テストを受けてから、「あ～～・・・ルミナリエの話をすれば良かった！！」って思い出して、メチャクチャ後悔。
やから、今日は英語でルミナリエについて書いてみようと思った。
1995年から阪神・淡路大震災で亡くなった人やその家族・恋人達への鎮魂の意味を込めて、「神戸ルミナリエ」は毎年12月の2週間だけ神戸の三宮で催されるようになった。
三宮のメインストリート沿いに（メインではないか・・）イタリアの電飾職人による装飾がほどこされたアーケードが設置されてて、毎年デザインが違う。やから、毎年ルミナリエを見るたびに神戸の人達は震災のことを思い出すねん。
まだ見たことが無い人は期待してる以上に綺麗やと思うから、是非行ってみて下さい。
