I have been looking forward to reading this book, because IIN puts the most importance on “primary food” in the program.
What is “primary food” then?
The term “primary food,” which was coined by Joshua, is “the many non-food ‘foods’ that people need in order to feel happy, secure, and fulfilled”.
Food which we eat is “secondary.”
If a person’s primary food is working well, they will choose healthier food naturally.
Joshua also puts the importance on “bio-individuality” in the program.

He always said that “one person’s food is another person’s poison.”
