Yesterday I attended the self-coaching seminar hosted by Katsumajuku.

It was my second time to see Ms. Katsuma Kazuyo face to face.
I liked her pink-colored shoesスニーカー.

At the beginning of the seminar, she talked about her giving a lecture at the Kansai University.

She lectured how to produce innovation at business there.

It is really nice for the youth to have a chance to listen to her lectures.

I always believe that everyone that meet her must like herハート, because she always provides us with a fresh perspective.

It was applied to myself as well yesterday.

I will jot down the content which has sticked to my mind.

The purpose of the day planner for the self-coaching is how to produce motivation.

1. How to manage our time
The important point here is whether what we do has a high added benefit per an hour.
This means that we should avoid the wasting time.

In order to ensure efficient and effective utilization of the self-coacing system, we need to have our peers as well as be proactive in dealing with the system.

PDCA cycle for time management

P: to set out the goal of the next decade
to plan one small step for acheving our goal.

D: to write down what we did and what we thought about it

C: to compare the goal with the situation in what we did
to clarify the problems

A: to try some new ideas

I have decided to set the goal for having my family!

After the seminar, I have decided to improve my time management.

1. Tools:
a. I will use the form I got from "Jibun coaching Techo" next year.
b. I will use the task scheduler and to-do list on the Katsuma web community.
c. I will keep the record of what I did and what I noticed on "瞬間日記".

2. Time for investment in myself
a. to master English
b. to stick to PhotoReading
c. to meet people outside my system

3. Preparations for travelling
I will bring the minimum stuff with me.

I have learned that to manage time is important, not to manage tasks.
