There are a lot of Japanese restaurants such as Ra-men, Sushi, or Tendon in Vancouver. Japanese people love them and they are liked by local people. I know it because I often go there and see foreigners. Nowadays, I went to a new Japanese restaurant. Therefore, I will introduce it.
It is called “SAKU” which is located on Robson Street. We can eat Japanese pork cutlet. Actually, I have known it since last year, however, I could not go there. And I heard that it is more expensive than other Japanese restaurants, but pork cutlet is delicious and we can refill rice, miso soup, and salad.
I went there with my friend. She has been there so I ordered her recommend “Rosu katsu”. It was amazing since it was juicy and crispy. The miso soup and salad were also pretty good so I refilled them several times. In addition, the inside of the restaurant was nice because the table was wide and I could sit comfortably on the chair. I think that we can enjoy eating and talking with more friends.
You should go there when you really want to eat pork cutlet. It is so worth the price and you will be satisfied.
