My dinner in Japan was often “Udon”. I could easily cook and eat it as soon as possible. It is suited for busy person. I love it, however, I could not eat it since I came to Vancouver. Actually, I always said “I really want to eat Udon” to my best friend. So she researched and found a restaurant which I can eat it in. Recently, I went there with her so I will introduce it.

  The restaurant is called “Kohaku”. It is a famous by Japanese “Tendon”. I have been there many times and the Tendon is so good. Nowadays, it starts to sell Udon. There are kinds of menu such as “KATSU CURRY UDON”($17.95), “JAP ANESE BEEF UDON”($16.85), “CARBONARA UDON”($16.50), and so on. We can choose size which is REGULAR, XL, and XXL by free.

 

 

  We ordered “KATSU CURRY UDON” and “JAP ANESE BEEF UDON”, and we ate those while sharing. They were amazing because the taste was so good and Udon’s hardness and thickness was just right for me. I especially like “JAP ANESE BEEF UDON” since the broth was pretty delicious. I would like to eat Udon in Kohaku many times.

 

 

  You should go there when you want to eat Udon. Surely, you will be satisfied and addicted to it like me.
