Q１. 最大何人まで予約可能ですか？
A１. 当店は小さなお店のため、最大５名様でお願いいたします。それ以上のグループのお客様は一度お問い合わせください。
Q２．夜のお出かけに着物を着て出かけたいのですが、翌日返却はできますか？
A２．現在翌日返却のサービスは行っておりません。
Q３ メールでの予約は何日前まで可能ですか？
A３ メールでのご予約は１週間前まででお願いします。それ以降のご予約はお電話でお願いします。
Q４ 予約メールの返信が届きません。予約は取れていますか？
A４ gmailを使用しているため、お客様に自動返信メールが届いていても、こちらにはメールが届いていない場合がございます。
１週間を過ぎても当店から返信がない場合は、お手数ですが再度メールをお送りください。
※日本語がお話できるお客様はお電話ください。
Q５ 荷物は預かってもらうことはできますか？
A５ お洋服、靴、ハンドバッグなどはお預かりいたします。
貴重品、携帯電話、カメラはこちらでお貸しするバッグに入れてお出かけください。
※当店は小さいお店のため、スーツケース等の大きなお荷物をお預かりできるスペースがありません。
なるべく大きなお荷物は預けてからご来店ください。
Q６ 返却の時間は何時ですか？
A６ １６：３０までにお戻りください。(閉店は１７時です。)
Q７ 妊娠しています。着物のレンタルはできますか？
A７ 申し訳ありませんが、ご妊娠されているお客様はお断りしております。
Q８ 女性ですが、男性の着物レンタルできますか？
A８ 女性のお客様が男性の着物を着用することは可能です。

FAQ (Asakusa Shichihenge)
Q１. Up to how many people can book together?
A１. Maximum 5 person cause Asakusa Shichihenge is small shop.Please contact us once more for groups of customers.
Q２. We want to wear kimono at night,Can we return kimono next day?
A２. Asakusa Shichihenge have NO "2 days service".
Q３. Until when can we send e-mail for booking?
A３. Please send us e-mail no later than one week.
Q４. We haven't reaeived a confirmation email from Asakusa Shichihenge. Could you check if our reservation has been successfully made?
A４. Because we are using gmail, even if you receive an automatic reply mail, we may not receive e-mails.
If there is no reply from our shop even after one week, please send us an e-mail again.
Please send us e-mail again when you don't get mail after 7 days.
Q５. Can Asakusa Shichihenge keep my baggage?
A５. You can use our small bag.You can left your cloth and small bag on our shop like paper bag size.
Please bring your wallet,mobile phone and camera in our bag when you go out.
※Sorry you cannot left big size bag like suitcase cause our shop is very small.
Q６. When do guest come back?
A６. Please come back until 16:30.
Our shop close 17:00.
Q７. I am pregnant. Can pregnant book rental kimono?
A７. Sorry,pregnant can NOT do rental kimono.
Q８. I am woman. Can woman wear kimono for man?
A８. Woman can wear kimono for man, but man can NOT wear kimono for woman.
