お誕生日おめでとう D'espairsRay の Hizumi!!!

Today I was busy actively relaxing. Since I had no homework to do whatsoever and the weatehr was sunny and warm, I decided to visit the Castle District in Buda.
Ah, it was so pleasant, dispite all the tourists buzzing around!

I haven't been to the Castle since Tadanori, my penpal, was here in September. (By the way, he's coming again this year, and he also plans to visit Vienna this time.)
I took some lovely photos with my cell phone - I could've charged the batteries for my camera but I'm actually really satisfied with how the pictures turned out. Since I'm only allowed to upload one I will give a link to the panorama images I took.
Here's the Fishermen's Bastion for your enjoyment:
That's the statue of St. Stephen, Hungary's first king in the middle, on horseback.
Disregard those ugly box-things on the left, the Matthias church is being renovated.
From what I saw it's going pretty good. The church is going to be so pretty (*⌒∇⌒*)
With the walls all cleaned, the statues all golden once again,
and of course with the new Zsolnay mayolika tiles.

Oh.! The panoramas I promised!
Panorama 1
From the left side: Margaret Island with Margaret Bridge, the House of Parliament (opposite side of the Danube), Greashem Palace (behind the bridge), Chain Bridge with the Basilika in the background.
Panorama 2
Again from the left: Chain Bridge, Grand Hotel Europa (the big brown building), Vigadó (old type of casino)
After leaving the Castle District I met up with my friend, Adri and we spent a few hours hanging out in the mall. (o^-')b
That was all I did today. School again tomorrow, so I have to get up at 6 am.

またよ (^з^)-☆Chu!!
