運動不足だなぁって感じるのは小さい子供と遊ぶとき
子供ってパワフルです
疲れてお昼寝するまでは無限のパワーを持ってるかのように
そこらへん走り回りつづけるし
疲れて眠くなったらちょっと駄々こねはじめてそして泣いて
寝たらスッキリ、復活してパワー全開。
遊びまくって遊びまくって疲れて寝てって、、
なんて幸せな。
ふたりおにごっこは、疲れるからもうしないよ。
When I play with little children, always think I need exercise.
Children's energy level is too high. They never sit until they get tired.
They act like a little baby if they get tired and sleepy,
then they take a nap and their power is back.
Play as much as they want.
