St. Valentine's Day

Today is St. Valentine's Day.

I bought some boxes of chocolates last week.

I took an English lesson yesterday so I gave a teacher two boxes of chocolates.

One is for the teacher and the other is for his son.

His son is into Thomas the Tank Engine so I gave him the marble chocolates in a plastic Thomas.

I hope he likes it.

I gave my husband a box of chocolates today.

My daughter gave me some text books that she used at junior high school.

She keeps her things for a long time.

I read Total English 2.

It was easy and interesting.

The book has many lessons. One of lessons is about Mother Teresa.

The book said "Our work may look big, but it is only a drop in the ocean. But if we stop this work, the ocean will be one drop less."

What a nice sentence !
