Hello Ramen Lovers, I tried Chinese noodle KIBI in Shinagawa, again. This was the third time. it was a hot day, but I chose my favorite Seabura(pork back lard) Ramen. This is the third try this ramen. Every time I find and enjoy different taste. Today, I found this ramen has beautiful White color! Today, I found small amount of deep fried green onions were on the topping. And this brought slight smoky flavor and changed taste. Today, I found that the pork meat slice was so tender and juicy! Today, I found the chopped green onion brings both crispy texture and strong onion flavor. The soup was very nice as usual. Clear, sweet, mild taste. This Ramen was good, 'cause the soup is good. I enjoyed Seabura Ramen very much! Thank you!
