I'm not trying to offend anybody, but this is my opinion. Unlike you two, I did not find this boring, I just don't find it interesting enough for me to want to see it the moment it comes out (luckily it's on Netflix so you can see it whenever you feel like it) the trailer interests me to a certain extent. It made me feel like it's a good movie, but not the greatest thing I've ever seen.
The movie looks cute indeed - just like Millie, it may be entertaining and better than the average Netflix movie (which wouldn't be hard though) and I'm okay with the feminist vibe (after all, it's Netflix) but the black token is already irritating, as is the love interest too, because no surprise, they made the white male a complete moron unable to defend himself. I'm gonna give it a shit, hoping that it won't be a movie for kids only (it shouldn't with Cavill in it. Maybe it won't be a torture like the first episode of Sabrina.
