Every result has its cause. Nothing happens without causes, even though it seems to be attributed to luck.

Let's say, you a had car accident when hang around your friends on the street. You had an accident because your friend happened to invite you to go to shopping, the driver to his Ipod into the slot and not pay attention to what are in front of car, and you happened to cross the street ignoring a red light. Every thing can be explained by more than two words "bad luck"

it is true to your child. when your child is arrested for shoplifting, you will wonder where you made mistake in parenting him.

His personality formed in the process of growing up, being affected by countless forces and influences, such as heredity, culture where he have belonged, and situations.

But I want to say, it is parents who have responsibility for that.

When you foster child, it is important to know proper ways to foster him.

Today, I want warn parents about one thing about which they have misunderstanding.

When they reach sensitive age when they complain of parents for their stubbornness not to buy any thing he want in order to fit in, parents teach children to be themselves and not to care about the other.

there is a term for it, which is a peer pressure. it is a power which the community you belong to has and forces you to fit in and adapt you to that culture.

when everyone around you has cellphone, you wanna get one. that's the example.

As a part of parenting, you think it is not good idea that your child is under control of the other, because you believe in the ideal that the independent person can more chances to be top class in the organization.

But, it is not true. Survey shows the child who failed in the process of adapting to peer pressure will likely to face the difficulty in socialization, because he can't identify what is on demand or what is the goods to be more welcome. he may result in the person who can't react to difficult joke made by the moody boss.

So, to summarize it, set them free. that's it.
Now, I'm studying about law of Canada. I belong to business school, and am forced to learn about business comprehensively, including management, communication, and marketing.

As I started to understand system of law, one question comes to my mind suddenly.

What's the difference between jury and jury in japan.

Japan, in 2009, introduced the system of jury in which civil can be involved in the cases. It was very dramatic and controversial change that caused a lot of disputes. Since we can control or even distort the result of the case in our favor, we have a worry that it might not work well in Japan.

Anyway, the point is,we call jury in America 陪審制, we call ours 裁判員制度. So, there must be slight deference.

I googled it, and here is what I got.

Jury in America can make decision with judge. Also they have power to find defendant guilty or innocent, but they cannot decide which punishment is done or how much or long the punishment is.

As for Jury in Japan, they can make a decision about if he or she is guilty and what punishment should be done, and how much it is with the help of judge.

So, different points is the involvement of judge and assessment of the case, how much punishment is.

From now, let me talk about this more. Do you think it was good idea to introduce jury system to Japan?

I don't think so. Think of how much we know about law, and how many people are capable of make a judge entirely based on the knowledge of law.

I heard my friend said he was chosen for a juror and reluctant to go. Born and grown in a country side of Japan, he seems to not know anything about law. But he will has a power to sentence a person to death. It can be said that the life of defendants are in the hand of jury. It's too significant. He and most of jury will likely make a judge emotionally, not according to the rule of law. I think it is a rule that gives the world structure and order. so it shouldn't be blocked or distorted.

Additionally, The cases that jury participate in is limited to the serious cases, which basically includes the death of the victim. It is likely that jury will see the evidences. Broody thing might appear in the court. The sight of these things will linger in the eyes...I don't think he can carry the memory easily for the rest of his life.

But, The government says this is the system, which encourages civil to understand the law of Japan more, creates awareness among us, and feel closer to the court.

At least, we can have a hope that we will be educated about the law in the long run.

I don't know how well it works...we will see.

As I've been training myself to learn English comprehensively, I found one benefit in learning English.

The benefit is that we can share fun on the web!

Japanese has a lot of interesting and attractive sites. Some of them feature odd news in the world, some provides free softwares or free video, and some gave us virtual places to interact with others who we may never meet in real world.

We enjoy these sites naturally because they are made based on the premise that readers or recipients are capable of understanding what the sites provide, namely language.

So, Here is what I want to say.

Learning English allow me to explore and appreciate websites in the world!

I'm genuinely happy when I find interesting sites written in English.

There are so many English sites to visit in the world, as the number of English speaker in the world is enormous. Although the scene of humor that some of them have is different and poor taste that Japanese can't accept culturally, they are creative enough to make me laugh! When I go to Vimeo, which is good quality and equivalent to Youtube, I thank to ability to communicate with them, I'm having fun!

If you are an English learner, openness to English site will bring more fun to you. I recommend it.

One of the sad facts about our country, Japan is most of us hate the job. The average Japanese have lowered the bar of their dream, now if possible Our goal is to be rich enough to quit.

However, truly rich people tend to keep working. Why? Because they are working at something they like!

the thing is, their money comes from their passion.

It is common for people to have a sport or hobby to pursue in their spare time.Generally they don't earn money for doing it. In fact, it usually cost them money, But they can't wait to do it.

What if you could make your living as much as you love your hobby?

At this point, You may think, "Okay, Sounds great. But HOW?"

That's the reason why many people are not rich.

Although I am not rich, I can help you go about finding them by providing the clues!

1, Think about turning your passion into business.

That's difficult, I think. The reason why people think this is difficult is that they are think inside a square. It is not necessarily to be a professional, skilled and talented athlete in order to make money for doing it. Think outside a square.

For example , one guy was struggling to be the professional rugby player, but it turned out to be impossible. And he gave up...

But, he couldn't get the passion out of his mind, and decided to publish newspaper for the supporter of the local teams.

Like one of well-known american dreams, he resulted in millionaire.

His story may sound like by far from our reality. But, we have blog, which make news professional and personal. If we use it in a creative way, we can make money.

This is first clue.

Second clue is, although it may sounds like obvious, to find another passion. this is one of the thinking-outside-a-square. There are so many hobbies you haven't met or tried even once. One of them might match you.

Anyway, Having hobbies and passion about something gives you energy and vigor. You can release your stress in hobby, so, There is no BAD in having hobbies or passion.

Cause Market is a magical approach to add additional to your product to increase your sales.

For example,If a company selling lottery says that 50% of our sales of this lottery goes to the charity foundation, it will inspire minds of people who are concerned with with global poverty, and encourage more purchases.

In short, buy our product, because you can do something good!

This approach is a magic, which will increase your sales dramatically as well as your public image. There is so many successful precedents in the world.

But, I wonder if this approach is prevalent in Japan? It seems to me that Japanese businesses is desperately busy so as to make as much profit as possible.

Is there any company which differentiate itself form other businesses by social responsibility rather than quality and cost or any other aspects?

People are born good, I believe. Many company should adapt themselves to this society where good deeds are valued.
