i have so many quotes in my head!
i thought of writing them down...

~ i read in the 5 rules of thought, that a person by your side when ever you go over the negative level and cannot control yourself anymore, you can always call them, and ask for their help in calming you down, reminding you of what you want and you will be happy once you get what you want, reminding you of all the things that makes you happy.
"going overboard with your negative thoughts, is not really a bad thing unless you think about it over and over again"
~ when every you go over board with your negative thoughts, go to a quiet corner (if you cant find a quiet corner, put some calming music on) close your eyes, and slowly slowly think of what makes you happy and feel good. do your very best to try and block your negative thoughts out. if you think of one negative thought over and over again it will multiply and multiply, not only in your emotions but also your mind and actions. just switch it back to something that makes you feel good.

~ the more you think about what you want, the faster it'll get there

while im walking down the street and spot a tree, i simply make quotes about the tree and how the tree can be of help to what you want.
Tree's can be very helpful
~ every time you pass by a tree think of 1 thought that makes you feel good about yourself
~ or every time you pass by a tree you say "thank you" in gratitude for God in bringing the tree's to the world for us to breath air
tree's can be more helpful than you think...
