Bloom Energy is raising about $150m for
$1.2bil pre money.
Fund will be used to establish their own
power plant to supply power to PG&E etc as well as conventional
R&D.
They claim huge back log order from, for
example, Google and Safeway. Bank of America will likely
participate as debt provider.
Revenue forecast for 2011 will be $1bil
with 50% gross margin, and it will be ready to go public to be
$10bil market cap.
