国際線マネージャーとして使う英語

たまに日本の友達に「国際線マネージャーとして、どんな英語を使うのですか。国際線のビジネス英語とは何ですか。」と聞かれます。

私は元日本の田舎の国際線マネージャーとして、自分の経験をお伝えしたいと思います。

おそらく、一般的に国際線スタッフは、ただチェックインカウンターで英語を話すというイメージを持っていると思います。

これは間違いないです。

しかし、もっと上の人は、色々なビジネス英語を使う場合があります。

例えば、私は毎日新しい英語マニュアルを見て、スタッフに説明しました。

なお、訓練のマニュアルは全部英語で書かれているので、ビジネス英語をすぐに理解することが必要です。

辞書を調べる時間がありません。

国際線マネージャーとして、よく色々な人と話すことがあります。

例えば、外資航空会社の外国人スタッフや CA やパイロットなどとも話す機会がたくさんあります。

英語がうまくできると、外資会社で働く機会が増えると思います。

英語がうまくできると、海外で働くこともできます。

人生のチャンスを増やすために、英語を勉強しましょう。
