Tomato Flatbread Simple Recipe cooking saving
When I don’t have all the ingredients for pizza, I simplify the recipe, and call it flatbread.
A can of diced tomatoes is sautéed with garlic, black pepper and a little brown sugar until, almost all the liquid has evaporated.
The tomatoes now take on a wonderful flavour.
This is spread on dough, sprinkled with parmesan cheese and placed in the oven.
So simple and so tasty.
