Frozen Dough
When making pizza dough I always make a few extras.
Freezing dough is perfectly fine. Make sure your plastic bag closes tightly and remove all air before going into the freezer.
When it’s time to use it, just let the dough completely thaw before shaping.
And yes, I reuse plastic zip bags.
