Homemade Pizza Dough Recipe 


A few evenings each month is “pizza night”!


Being one of our favourite meals, if I’m going to make pizza dough, I make extra. I then divided it into single portions and freeze it.


Pizza dough freezes really well and is a real time saver.


My recipe is simple (approximately 8 cups flour, 16g yeast, 3.5 cups warm water, 1/4 cup oil, 3tsp salt). First proof the yeast, mix in the remaining ingredients then, kneed the dough about 10 minutes.


With a little practice, you will soon be a pizza dough expert.
