Parmesan Cheese / Less Fat


I have never been part of any health or diet craze. Instead, I just try making a few small positive improvements from time to time in my daily eating habits.


An example is this parmesan cheese. 


It has a great flavour yet, 26% less fat. 

Although a small dietary adjustment, the intention is to keep an eye on my overall health. 


Every little bit helps, right?
