Bacon Two Ways
When I purchase bacon I usually have a cooking recipe in mind.
Thin sliced bacon is used as a cooking ingredient or part of the recipe, like maybe in a soup.
Thick cut bacon I like in sandwiches so I can taste it along with the other ingredients.
