Margarine?


As a self proclaimed “home chef”, I often question myself as to why I don’t use real butter in more of my food preparation.


The reality is, that for such a long time margarine has just been what I have used and enjoyed doing so. Although there are times when I realize butter provides a much superior flavour to a recipe.


Maybe it’s high time to rethink some of my culinary habits, stop by the dairy aisle and pick up some real butter for a change.
